14 Books So Terrifying, Readers Wish They Never Read Them

If you’re a reader and you haven’t run across BookBub (www.bookbub.com), you’re in for a treat. They offer up dozens of ebooks, many heavily discounted or temporarily free, and those who sign up get daily lists to whet their reading appetites.

The site also features blogs, many of which are fascinating. The spooky time of year – the weeks leading up to Halloween – are fun because so many blogs offer suggestions on the best books in the horror and supernatural genres.

BookBub has a great list of incredibly scary titles. You can read it here:

Also please keep in mind the Bayou Hauntings series if you want a spooky read on a dark, stormy night. Many of my reviewers have recommend them for teens as well. You can get the first six books – nearly two thousand pages – for only $6.99! Here’s the link:

Somehow I stumbled across the Bayou Haunting series and could not let go from there I went to the archeology series and am waiting for the next book. I would love to see more of The Bayou Series. 1. Thanks so much for your comments. There is another Bayou Hauntings in the works, and it’ll be out in Spring 2021. Meantime, The Last Christmas, a ghost story set in an old Scottish castle, will release in early December. Enjoy reading and stay safe!
